I really love these cards. I read one and it takes a few minutes and I have an immediately applicable process/tool to follow. I do not think I would do the breathing exercise or remember to focus on the intention without reading the card. It is like having a therapist in my pocket for 5 minutes.

I know that breathing techniques can help me relieve stress and anxiety, but I tend to forget to breathe when I'm stressed and anxious! Having the cards gives me a variety of options to use in a pinch, in any setting. I want to get them printed out and laminated, then placed on a key ring to have handy in my purse.
